Directed by John Hough
Guest Starring: Harvey Hall

The Protectors are hired by daredevil physicist Fredy Reiwald whose former colabarators on a synthetic gold project have all been killed in mysterious circumstances.

This episode is the first and has some really great stunts. The story isn't to bad. Another fools gold. Does anybody know if danceing cages were popular back then? Interestingly, in the directors audio commentary he mentioned a shot angle (Chino knocking out a guard at the bottom of a platform) as revolutionary when the same techniques were used regularly on The Avengers five years previous.
